- Content you upload: CVs, presentation files, messages you send to us.

Why we collect it

- To run core features (booking, dashboards, feedback, rewards).
- To keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
- To improve reliability, speed, and support.

Sharing and data transfers

- We do not sell personal data.
- If you claim RM tokens on Rukhmine.com, we may verify your SelfPre account details (for example, email or KYC status) with Rukhmine to complete the transfer and prevent fraud.

Storage and security

- Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing (not plaintext).
- Files are stored with randomized names.
- Access to data is based on user roles (user, instructor, admin).
- We use common security measures to protect our systems and your data.

How long we keep data

- We keep account and service data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
- We may keep logs and backups for a limited time for security, troubleshooting, and compliance.

- You can request access to your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion (where legally allowed and technically possible).
