1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using SelfPre.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on our platform.
2. Platform Purpose SelfPre.com is an educational platform designed to help users (students, job seekers, visa applicants) enhance their interview and presentation skills through live practice sessions and expert feedback from verified PhD instructors.
3. Account Creation & Eligibility Users must provide accurate personal details and a valid email address.
Instructors must hold a PhD and submit proof for verification. CV is mandatory to book interviews; PPT is required for presentations. Passwords must be at least 10 characters long and include uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.
4. Interview and Presentation Services Each user can book a maximum of 4 interviews and 4 presentations per month.
Booking requires 24-hour advance (48 hours for job/visa/admission candidates). Sessions are conducted privately and securely through video call (Zoom or internal player). Only users and connected instructors can access session data; admin can monitor.
5. Token (RM) System Users may earn up to 30 RM/day based on activities (interviews, presentations, quizzes).
Instructors may earn up to 40 RM/day based on conducted sessions and feedback.
Tokens become claimable after 30 days of activity. Tokens cannot be faked—admin cannot generate tokens. Tokens are not convertible to cash or cryptocurrency.
Before the launch the token can not be claimed/transfer. RM tokens are redeemable only on Rukhmine.com, provided the user has the same email or verified KYC/passport.
In case of various accounts user can only redeemed his/her RMT thorugh KYC and only 1 KYC is acceptable
6. Claiming RM Tokens Users must wait 30 days after earning RM tokens before claiming. Claim requires account on Rukhmine.com with matching email or KYC/passport proof. Claims are reviewed and approved by admin. Suspicious or fake activity may result in suspension from both platforms.
7. Instructor Rules Only verified PhDs can register as instructors. Must opt-in to be available for sessions. Can upload questions visible only to other instructors. Must provide feedback on user performance using predefined questions and text reviews.
8. Privacy and Data Handling Your personal data is handled securely and used only for platform functionality. Session recordings are not stored unless required for support or misconduct review. SelfPre.com is governed by Polish law, and developed in Malaysia, Pakistan, and Poland.
9. Suspension and Termination Accounts may be suspended for violating terms, including inappropriate behavior during sessions or fraudulent token activity. No financial liability is accepted for account bans.
10. Intellectual Property All content (logos, layouts, features) is the property of SelfPre.com. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
11. Legal Disclaimer This platform is not a job or visa guarantee. It provides educational practice services only. SelfPre.com will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from platform use.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan/Poland/Malaysia.
